Mommy is coming buddy she is on her way with Heather they will be there soon.....mommy can't wait to see you again and take you out of the orphanage FOREVER

Today you are a Nine......

Today the 10 day waiting period is done and you are legally and truly a Nine! Thank you Jesus! Mommy and Daddy will be there soon to get you sweet boy, hold on just a few more days!

Safe In My Arms.......

Hi Buddy, I just wanted to tell you about somthing!
In the spring of 2007 mommy had decided she wanted to open a daycare for all the little kids to go to so mommy did she opened a daycare. It was really hard for mommy to leave us at home while she went to work every morning since mommy has only worked at home. Every morning while mommy was on her way to work the song 'In My Arms' by Plumb played. At first mommy didn't really realize it then she stopped and listened to the lyrics which go:

"Your baby blues
So full of wonder
Your curly cues
Your contagious smile
And as I watch
You start to grow up
All I can do is hold you tight

Mommy would hear this song every morning when she would drive to work! In November and December of 2007 Mommy listened to God when he had told her that she needed to come home and not work there anymore! So guess what mommy did she left the daycare to come home and be with us! None of us knew about you back then you were just born you were being moved from the hospital where you were born to the orpahange where you would wait for US! We didn't know about you but God knew what would wappen in the next 2 years! You see if mommy didn't leave the daycare she opend then she would have never had time to look into adoption and to find Reece's Rainbow where we found sweet little perfect you! So now 3 years and 4 months later you are coming home to your FOREVER FAMILY!!!! And boy we can't wait for YOU to get here!!! That song means alot to us because it started the 'bumpy' ride we took to get to you! I have been foever changed this past year! I would never trade this year for ANYTHING in the whole world. I will always love you buddy! Thank you for opening my eyes to the waiting orphans that were blessed with designer genes like you are!

Tomorow will mark.......

Hi buddy, sorry I havn't written to you in a few days! Guess what tomorow will mark it will mark a year since we started the adoption process to bring you HOME!!!!(Tomorow is also mommy's birthday)

Somtimes I can't belive it has been a whole year already and somtimes I can't belive its only been a year!

I remember when mommy told me to come to her she was sitting at the computer desk and she was on this website called Reeces Rainbow

and she said "Does this little boy look like he could be your brother?"

and I said "Whats his name"

she said "Does it matter?"

I then said "No"

then she asked me again "Does he look like he could be your brother?"

I said "Yes"

I remember when we got new pictures of you

Me and mommy were downstairs in the daycare room whatching the daycare kids and mommy opend her laptop to check her emails to see if there was any pictures of you (she asked someone for updates on you) and when mommy opend up an email it had some info and pictures of YOU mommy started crying she could barley say my name I knew what she just saw I knew it was pictures of you but still I asked "What's wrong?". When I got up from sitting on the ground playing with one of the kids I went over and stood behind mommy while she had the laptop on her lap mommy looked up at me with tears in her eyes and she hugged me really tight we scrolled by all of the pictures of you looking at each one thinking you were just so perfect!

When I saw these pictures of you I knew you were my brother there was no dout about it!

I also remember the day we had our Homestudy visit

We had to clean the whole house every room had to be cleaned when the day came for the visit we were all so nervous! We each had to have a little talk with our SW I was so nervous that I was going to mess somthing up and we wouldn't be able to adopt you! That same day me and Makenzy had a softball game I don't remember if we won or not! We had our homestudy visit in April and it was a wondeful month!

Mommy, Manda and I loved to go shopping to get clothes for you the hardest part was trying to figure out what size you were we thought maybe around 18-24 months size....

This is a shirt I found while Mommy, Manda, Jordan and I were in a resale shop..

I looked at the size and it said 24months (I think) I held it up to read what it said and then when I saw what it said I showed Mommy right away.... when I showed mommy I said "Look at this we have to get it" and we did get it!

(we didn't have this fundraiser until after mommy and daddy got back from the first trip)

Mommy, Manda and I also had a booth at a few doll shows where mommy sold her dolls!

The months rolled by and we waited for some news that would tell us that mommy and daddy could come and meet you!

In October we recived new pictures of you and boy did you grow in those 7months

                                    I couldn't belive how big you got in just 7 months!
About 2 or 3 weeks later mommy and daddy got the travel date to go and meet you for the first time! They got to meet you for the first time on November 15th 2010!

You even changed in just those few weeks of when we got the pictures in October!

I couldn't belive mommy and daddy were there with you after all of our waiting the day finally came!

While we waitied for 3 months mommy checked here emails every day seeing if she got an email saying that they had our court date we wait for 3 months for that date and it finally came Mommy and dadddy would have court for you on March 1st it was the most AMAZING news ever!!!! We were so happy that mommy and daddy would go back and see you soon :D

Throughout the adoption we have met many wonderful people

Mommy has become good friends with this nice lady named Heather she is adopting her little girl from your country and you will be able to meet her when mommy and daddy come back to get you

Here is the little girl that you will be meeting soon you guys are going to have so much fun together!

We also have met 2 wonderful girls name Taylah and Ashley! Ashley has a little sister name Laura who has DS and Taylah has a cousin named Oscar who has DS!!!

Its TRUE.......

It's true buddy mommy and daddy just had court and you are officialy a Nine! This is a wonderful, amazing, happy day for us and you! Mommy and daddy will be back her in Oregon tomorow and in 14 days mommy will come back for you. We LOVE you buddy and can't wait untill you are home

It has come.....

Hi Buddy, guess what mommy and daddy got to see you today for the first time in the last 3 months! You are just as cute as you were before but you have a new haircut! Buddy, you are so loved by everyone and many people are praying that you will come home soon! Mommy and Daddy will have court on March 1st and on February 28th you big sissy Milli will be 5 years old :) We had snow here in Oregon yesterday (Thursday) and it was so much fun your cousins also came back on the 23rd and they got to play in the snow with us it was so much fun and its good to have Uncle Steve,Aunt Jacky, Stevie, Stephy and Christie home even if its just for a few months! Buddy, your gonna love it here! Now here are some pictures of you, mommy and daddy!

They are on their way...

Buddy, Mommy and Daddy left at 6:00 this morning they are on their way to your country right now as I wright this! They had to stay in Seatle for 4 or 5 hours and mommy called us to tell us she loved us! It was snowing in Seatle so it might start to snow here where we live :) Mommy and Daddy are on a plane and they can't wait to see you again :) Buddy, they are sooo excited to see your sweet face :) I can't wait untill they get to see you and we can see more picture's of you :) Here are some picture's from the plane that mommy sent to me using her phone :) The last picture is one mommy took of a little TV that she had infront of her :)
