A year ago we were emaild new pictures of you, well they were new at the time! You were so much bigger and taller, you were standing by yourself, you looked stronger, you looked older and not so much like a baby.

I am so glad we were given these pictures of you 27 days before mommy and daddy met you! When we were given these pictures we did not know mommy and daddy would meet you in 27 days. 27 days seems like a long time but also a short time when you compare it to 8 months and even shorter time when you comepare it to 1 year! It took 8 months from when we started your adoption to when mommy and daddy met you and it took 1 year (and 20 days) until you came home!

Last October I wanted you to be here, I wanted you to go with us to the Pumpkin Patch and the Apple Festival (You got to do both this year) I wanted to find you a costume and dress you up in it so we could take you trick or treating!

This year you got to enjoy going to the pumpkin patch on a nice sunny day and going to the Apple Festival and soon you will be able to go trick or treating and get something that you love CANDY (mostly MnMs)
